crappy 30m^2 studio apartments in Monaco start at about 600000 Euros, 3 bedroom with nice views going for about 3m. In addition, you need 400000 Euros in your bank account to get citizenship.

But tha's the price you gotta pay if you want no income tax and year round nice weather.

Wow 30 square meters ... doing the math on that makes my head hurt ... that's like what, 20' x 16' (320sqft)? Regardless, that would be awesome -- getting away to someplace and just living there on a huge bankroll.

I dont have $500k, but a lot of people REALLY want a US citizenship, and a lot of them have over $1 mill
