Doesn't seem right to organize a way around paying proper taxes or duties here on Anandtech forums.

C'mon, give it a rest. Worry about bigger issues instead of someone trying to save a few bucks by asking a few peeps to help him out. It's not like he is actually stealing anything from anybody. If you had a brother or cousin and lived in Canada and could save some big bucks doing that, wouldn't you??? It happens every day. Now, if they had a law that strictly forbid anyone from taking delivery on a product, soley with the intention of saving on duties and taxes for someone else, then that would be different. To my knowledge, they don't.
