Does anyone know if there are any refunds for buying a hybrid car up here? Looking to maybe get a Prius... though the waiting list might turn me away, depending on how long.
 
i saw something in the paper about it the other day. i think it was just "govnt is considering tax breaks for hybrid vehicles" though..
