Started a small CA business late last year (Nov). Incorporated (not S) in California. Haven't really started any business yet, and I've to file form 1200 on the corporation taxes. Has anyone done it before? Is it straight forward? I've already my Business Reg Cert and all that good stuff.

Income: 0
Only costs so far on medial suppies.
Just trying out my own thing and i want to save on costs.
Oh, and if accountants are suggested, how much do they usually charge?
