I'd also rather date a girl with an eyebrow or nose ring than a girl with 3 or 4 holes in each ear.

Depends on the girl. I generally don't care for them, but I've seen a girl with angel wings the full length of her back and it looked incredibly hot. She was quite attractive as well so that helps.

Seconded. On the other hand the girl I've been seeing has a small tattoo on the side of her hip, it's small and tastefully placed.

ANd back tattoos....my friends and I call them tramp stamps.
 
I am pro nose ring.
I once criticized the small-of-the-back tattoo to my wife but she pointed out that there are a some non-trendy reasons to get one there - one of the parts of your body that sags/wrinkles/stretches the least as you get old/pregnant/fat.

pfft I have 8 tats, getting my 9th this week as a matter of fact. Tattoo's on the small of a womans back is a bit overdone, kind of like the chinese characters and tribal crap that went through its faze.

Its all about personal expression and freedom, to me tattoo's like clothes can be many different things. Trashy, cool, exotic, mysterious, playful, etc. Yeah the tweety bird on an ankle is probably considered trashy, especially next to the nascar logo LOL. Seriously tho, it always cracks me up when people have to bash and judge anything that falls outside of their comfort zone, or fits in their box. I have tattoo's and don't call you trashy, plain, boring, safe, preppy, scared for not having them...so why judge the ones that do. Oh and by the way every tattoo I get has and always will have a very personal meaning for me that I will have no problems being reminded of when I am 80.

OT Girls with tat's = yes Full sleeve's = 10x hotter

 
Hm... i'm all for small lower back tats, they're kinda like back dimples - it's tough to look away.

There was one girl though I met, she had these tats (some chinese characters) scripted all the way along her inner thigh, starting at her groin, and going halfway to her knee. I don't know why, but it was ridiculously sexy.

Small shoulder blade tats seem popular these days too, don't have a problem with them, but don't particularly care for them either.

Ah one more, some asian girl had a dragon tat, covered a good portion of her back, all the way down to the base of her spine. Pretty intense. This girl was a little on the thicker side, but I could see it being ultra-hot on a girl with a killer body.
 
Everyone's body is their own, and they can do what ever they choose, however, i personally do not prefer tats.

I just... well, my whole way of thinking is... they might look ok when they are in their 20's... but what happens as time takes over and skin is not where it should be...
wrinkles and tatoos just don't work together.

I agree with you in so much as a girl with a lower back tat is not a girl I want to have a meaningful relationship with nor marry one day. Call me close minded if you will, but around here there are a LOT of girls with the lower back tat and they 99.9% of the time are on a certain type of girl.
