That's rough, she did wrong but he could have just dumped the girl and gone on with his live, I hope he loses in court but good luck collecting a 100K judgment from a trailer-park amateur tattoo artist..

I guess one could argue that he was thinking in abstract terms. If he thinks the Chronicles of Narnia is a pile of crap then case closed!

While initially funny, it's kinda fucked...I mean I thought were were well past the age of the scarlet letter.

To mark someone like that for the rest of their lives is not really all that funny when you think about it.

Just dump her ass and move on....be a fucking man for gods sake not some child.

I disagree, girl permanently damages you, permanently damage her.

Well, you're wrong. First of all, she didn't permanently damage him.

Cheating does not justify what he did to her.

By your logic he could beat the shit out of her too?

Some beating. Beating the shit out of someone always makes me think of beating someone within an inch of their life.

Either you've never been cheated on or you are an emotionally dense moron.

Cheating hurts, no doubt about it. But emotional pain dulls over time...it isn't permanent. I had a GF cheat on me years ago and now we're friends. I have no regrets and no bad feelings toward her today. It's called moving on and getting over it.

It is NOT permanent.

Don't you mean "off of her"?

I hope this won't become the latest "tramp stamp".

Being cheated on permanently changes something in your mind (IMO) you go from being completely 100% naive and trusting, to being 99% trusting (at the most) that's damage.

I find this hilarious.

Plus, the tattoo isn't permanent. She can still get it removed, duh.

Yea, with a laser and many painful hours and thousands of $$ to have it removed, it's just wrong, call her a cheating slut, pack your (or her) stuff and end it, almost everyone gets cheated on sooner or later, this is not the way to handle it..

I'm thinking the judgement might be he just has to pay for tatoo removal. IANAL but I think you might be able to argue the emotional pain of the cheating = the physical pain of removal

How is this not GBH?

So a girl cheated on you? That's life, deal with it. Don't perminantly damage her body.

Sicko.

By just getting a tatto, be it shit or narnia, is perminantly damaging her body. Wouldn't matter to me what it was, she's still worthless either way.

He could have slept with one of her friends as payback, eye for an eye but the tattoo was way over the top. Really, he found out she's a cheating slut, just move on, sometimes we all get involved with the wrong person..

But the contract said "Artist's discretion"

And maybe he felt that Narnia was a pile of shit.

She signed the contract giving the artist full discretion. He as an artist used his discretion to create an piece of art on her fleshy canvas, which allowed him to state his opinion on the matter of "Chronicles of Narnia"

“he tricked her by drinking a bottle of cheap wine with me and doing tequila shots before I signed it and got the tattoo”. “Actually I was passed out for most of the time, and woke up to this horrible image on my back.”
Quality woman right there.
