Hey I'm having a problem with my taskmanager. Earlier today a program crashed on me and while closing it in taskmanager, the tabs and outline around the taskmanager vanished. I don't know how to get them back and was hoping someone on this forum might've had this problem before. I've included a link to a picture of my desktop to better explain what's going on.
