Is there any program to monitor CPU temp and Motherboard temp, that will display the temperature on the taskbard down near the clock?

This is the program I use to keep the temperature in my taskbar. At download.com there's a program SpeedFan 4.02 it's freeware and detects your temp through hardware and the chipset. Speedfan link should work but if it doesn't you can try looking it up at download.com
 
I second the MotherBoardMonitor. It is a bit complicated to set up, but it is pretty well documented. The programmer answers questions on the forums at the site also, a big plus for me.
