Taskbar/Start menu HUGE icons - can't change back

I was cleaning my mouse and KB and I guess I pressed a huge combination of buttons. 😱 When I looked at the screen, the MAGNIFIER was on. Finally got it shut off.

But now my taskbar, system tray and start menu all have HUGE icons. The desktop is normal.

I have already right-clicked Start/properties/customize and chosen small icons, but it doesn't change them. I've restarted twice.

This is annoying as hell, and this is a brand new load of XP too boot. 🙁
