Taskbar messed up Every time I restart

Every time I start up my computer, my taskbar reverts to a messed up state. The open windows are all the way to the right of the bar, and theres only room for one window. I fix it, but every time I restart it goes back to the same messed up way.

edit: nm reread and noticed it comes back everytime you reboot.

I don't have an answer for you, but you may want to poke around at http://www.theeldergeek.com/. He has lots of tips and tweaks there.

Have you run any spware scans lately? If not, check my post here for links to procedures and free software.

Just for grins, turn of the quick launch bar and reboot. I'd change a bunch of taskbar related settings and reboot and see what happens. Registry corruption on some level or another, the question being what is causing it?
