Taskbar Items On Right Side?

All of my taskbar windows/items are on the far right instead of the left (IE: Internet windows, games, apps, etc)...

How can I make it so the items are on the left like 99.9999% other OS's?
 
you could take some programming classes, run the ranks up in microsoft and become a high-powered technician with some say in what the next service pack will include and change the operating system that way. shouldnt take too long...
 
Uh, or he could unlock the taskbar and drag the handle for the things he wants to move back to where he wants.
