Task Scheduler runs in background

anyone know of a fix to have Win2k run applications in the foreground and not the background under task scheduler? For example, if i run calc.exe @ 3pm, it doesn't show on the desktop, but it does show under system processes.

The system is running SP2, and I thought that would have fixed it, but it didn't.
