Task Scheduler problems in Win XP

No scheduled tasks will run. I tried deleting them and creating new ones. When I open the properties of a task I get "General page initialization failed. The specific error is
0x8009000f Object already exists."

The log lists the following error under all tasks:
The attempt to retrieve account information for the specified task failed; therefore, the task did not run. Either an error occurred, or no account information existed for the task.
The specific error is:
0x8009000f: Object already exists.

Anyone have any idea what's wrong?
