There are too many processes to list like that.

Just post the ones you have and we'll tell you which ones not to touch. That list is MUCH shorter.

If you have XP, then you can safely delete anything that isn't run by "Network services" or "System" except for explorer.exe and rundll32.exe. Now, depending on how much junk you have running you would have quite a few things you still want running. Like firewalls, sound managers, etc. Since we don't know what you have or use it's hard for us to tell you what to get rid of.

There's nothing there using much space... The most consuming progs are trillian firefox and winamp. I assume you don't use those all the time, so just make sure those are all gone when they're not in use. Everything else is important, plus the rest aren't using enough resources to notice. Especially on your rig ;). I have the same rig and have all sorts of extra crap in the background and it doesn't phase me at all. Idle CPU is 1-0% and I'm running a lot more desktop enhancers and virus protectors and such.
