Task Manager trouble in 8.1

I'm having trouble with my task manager displaying correctly when using the performance tab. I can't get it to show the detailed info like it normally does. Anyone have some suggestions? I'm currently running the sfc /scannow command but says I have some corrupt files but it unable to fix them. Any ideas? This is what it looks like now.

Dunno what it's supposed to look like, but the corrupted files would be a concern to me. Is there a reason they'd be corrupted? Otherwise, you could try replacing related binaries, but you have to find good copies. If it were me, I think I'd like to backup, and reinstall.
 
It looks like the separator is right there to the far right. Drag it back to the left side and it should show what was supposed to be there
