task manager shortcut???

does anyone know what the shortcut key-combo is to get the task manager up in win2k?

Up until yesterday I knew what it was but I have inexplicably forgotten!!! I know it uses the windows key but I havent a clue what the other key was (doh!!)

Works as well, but since he said keyboard shortcut and I was really lazy at the time.... 😉
