task manager question

i currently have 45 processes going

i was wondering what ones i could get rid of, or if there are any programs that i could DL to know more about them

i have 6 svchost.exe (im told there legit MS processes) among other things

just cause u stop them doesnt mean they wotn come back....

just run the usual spyboy/adaware/etc tools and take out whatever u can..
