Task Manager Problems - Tabs

All I see are the processes but the rest of the tabs are missing. Can anyone tell me how to get the tabs again ? Everytime I press Ctrl Alt Delete all I see is the processes. I can end any of the process but all the tabs are missing. Hope that explanation clears things up. Help !

Double click on an area beside where it say's end process and all your tabs will be back.
