the top bar in my task manager strangely dissapeared. i think it happened when i dragged something, but i'm not sure, can anyone help me get it back to normal?
 
You probably just sized the bar too small.
Move your cursor to the bottom of the screen, to the top edge of your taskbar. Your cursor will change to a N-S arrow.
Now, click & drag the bar taller.
You may need to drag around the different toolbars, to put them back where you want them.
 
nope, didnm't work. what i mean is the tabs are gone and so is the menu bar where i can select like "file, edit etc"
