Task Manager Issue, WinXP Pro

When I hit, Ctrl-Alt-Delete, I used to get the normal task manager... Now, for some reason, I see this:

I want my whole task manager back so I can check out processes and memory usage, and not just what programs are running in the foreground. I dont think I did anything in particular to cause it to look like that.

Here is an article I found of a user with the same issue.

The solution in this case was to just double click on the window border and the missing tabs reappeared. I guess that window has some sort of auto-hide feature or something?
