Summary says it all.

I need to end a program/process so I hit ctrl+alt+del and this is what comes up.

Anyone know why I might be getting this? It has not always been like this, only up until about amonth ago.

because you're not a member of the Administrators group, apparently, so you have limited privileges. talk to the IT department and ask them what's up. otherwise, reboot.

Hmm. There is only one account on this computer and it is mine. I just checked in the setup and it has full administrator control. weird.

Careful if you have a webcam pointing at you - the hackers might be laughing at you right now ;)

ps. Freeware - I'd recommend getting ewido, x-squared, spybot, ad-aware, microsoft anti-spyware and an anti-virus - AVG, Anti-Vir, Avast...
Spyware blaster, and Spybot immunzier could help be preventative in future. Spyware doctor might also be worth a look but they won't remove everything if you don't have the pay version. Bazooka scanner might also help you just scan for the problem.

You should perhaps run an online scan beforehand however.
