Who the heck still carries "service revolvers?"

Despite limited capacity, some people like the feel of a revolver over a Glock. And some towns are too small to upgrade without any necessary reason. Personally, I'd go with a Judge over a Glock.

For the 100th time, no cop or smart gun owners would ever intentionally shoot to wound. If you can't justify using lethal force then you shouldn't be shooting. Period.

I thought that tasers resulted in involuntary muscle contractions - not just discomfort. If her taser didn't work, it's likely that she missed. i.e. only one of the two probes struck him.

Given that she's a shitty shot with a gun, that seems more plausible than someone on PCP or Cocaine not "feeling" a taser. Else, the batteries in the taser were dead.

I've seen a cop or two still carry those, but they are rare.

Yeah, I'm not sure what was going on there. It must not have hit him right or there was no power in it because it doesn't cause you discomfort, it contracts your muscles (often rapidly) which prevents you from moving willfully and also causing some pain. Obviously worked the 3rd time, so I guess hers malfunctioned.

Finally a man who can stand up to a taser. I've been tased with so many different tasers, I've only had one make me fall and that's when I got tased in the leg THAT leg gave out, I was completely fine everywhere else.

That seems like an error. All the cops around here carry automatics.
