Tased 3 times. Shot in the hand. Finally subdued?

BRATTLEBORO - A man was shot in the hand by a Brattleboro police officer after he refused orders to drop a knife, according to eye witnesses.

On Tuesday morning, the as-of-yet unidentified male threatened a police officer with a large serrated blade while walking toward her in the parking lot of the Brattleboro Municipal Center.

The witnesses said the man was stunned twice with a Taser by the officer but it didn't slow him down.

The officer then shot him with her service revolver in the hand not holding the knife, said witnesses.

When that didn't slow him down, a second officer stunned him from behind, incapacitating him long enough for police to get handcuffs on him.

The suspect was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for treatment of his gunshot wound.

I am suprised he is still alive. Usually the cops just empty a clip into the suspect when they have a knife and they are threatening.

Actually if he had made it all the way to the officer she would have taken him apart. Our lesbian cops are tough as nails.

every cop there shot 2+ clips.
