Voted... even though I won't be crunching. :(

Edit: Maybe I'll turn something on... My server has been underclocked to 1.6GHz. Saved a bit of power. My Q6600 rig draws about 120W at idle, maybe I'll run BOINC on that.

Didn't vote, but it looks like Rosetta won - so WCG gets put on hold for a month of protein work.

The poll is now closed. We will do Rosetta@Home until the 100M milestone, Milkyway@Home until the 10M milestone, and SHA Collision until the 1M milestone.

I'm running Milkyway and I have SHA Collision set at 1% resource share for the times when MilkyWay doesn't have work available. I certainly won't get MilkyWay to the 10M team goal on my own, but my personal goal is to add 400K to get myself to 1 million. That will leave about 900K for the rest of you to do after you finish off Rosetta. ;)

I'm running Milkyway and SHA (at 10%) and SIMAP. I have the first two suspended for 2 days, so I can give Alyx a run for his money on SIMAP. Then I will be back with gusto!

I'm running SHA. I've been trying to get lots of the Free-DC stats milestones, and both Rosetta and Milkyway are miles from the next one so I'm starting with SHA.

Oh, and I'm slowing down on SIMAP, I was trying for 250k and just hit it counting pending credit, so i'm backing off.

Most machines are switched over to Rosetta that can be. Work machines are crunching DPAD (due to no install, easy removal, etc).

I need to find a project that is very friendly in giving up resources to other programs that come up. Until then, my work crunching will be limited.

And I have one machine that won't be crunching--my netbook. Poor thing can't even open up a 3.2gb TrueCrypt file...

I have collected the beginning stats for the month, but they are very boring (with lots of zeroes) so I'll post them when there's something interesting like actual numbers either at the end of each week or on the 15th and 30th (depending on what I feel like doing). :)
