That is a shame TA was so close in holding Free-DC back
I Guess TA will have to settle on being in 3rd Place
:frown: :| :(

Aren't you needed in a parade, somewhere?

 That's by far the messiest "crack rack" I've ever seen! But as long as it gets the job done, who cares? ;)

I saw that. Dang Meep.

Meanwhile, I just looked at my score:

20.__[TA]caferace___11166661.1__ (0.947%)

That's a lot of sixes and ones. I'm heading out of town tomorrow to San Francisco for 4 days with the missus. production will be down while I'm gone, but I should have some nice numbers to release on my return Weds. night. Maybe I'll even make the 1.0% mark by then?

We'll have a pair 'o laptops (one crunching, one not ;)) so I'll probably drop in and say hello. My wife scored us some rather luxurious digs (http://www.serranohotel.com/ King Room Luxury Suite) and it has two ethernet jacks, so... :)

It's "work" for her (Web 2.0 conference) and play for me visiting with old friends at the conference, some motorcycle stuff, etc, etc....

Hi TeAm-mates!
Here are the stats as of April, 15, 2007.

It certainly looks good:
The TAS:ers have produced more than 77 million Mpts,
three crunchers produced more than 11 million Mpts each in barely 2 months ...

But:
Free-DC is still producing more than TA. That is quite easily explained by a few very productive crunchers: LAURENU2, Meeps, Fozzie, IronBits and Condor produced in one week 17 044 907 Mpts (all of TAS produced 11 273 346.9 Mpts in the same week)...

The only way to get back to second rank is to continue crunching for 3 more months and to pass the Dutch Power Cows ... the Free-DC would be #1 and TeAm AnandTech #2 again.

Yes it is in the summer I vent around 2000 cfm to
Shed the heat buildup.
The ground Fl room is 3' X 6? and runs 21 nodes
The top room is 7 ' X 7' X 5' high and runs
34 Nodes
And there are 6 nodes up in the loft
These computers have been running 24/365
For the past 6 years they?re after that amount of
Time things do get a little cluttered it parts and cables
But that?s OK They get the Job DONE

Oh YA I have 10 nodes running in my house
Most are X2'
And offloaded 10 nodes to my warehouse to
Make a sneakers net there So to make room for
All the new X2's to fit into there empty slots

This team has power. But power means little if you give up
Please do not give up the joy you will get when you reach
Your Goal will far outweighs any hardships you go through
To get to that point

No, it is not in the sense that the whole TAS-team will agree to stay on. I at least will vote for an other project. How much of my resources I will keep at DPAD is however still open. ;)

Wow - that is some crunching power.

And we will not give up - how fast we will go is an other matter and that is open for discussion for TAS - our sentinel team.

Other projects need crunching power too, e.g. Seti (where 5 teams now are within striking distance) and Folding@home where the 21st rank looms ahead ...

It is an embarresment of riches ... many good projects, much fun racing (especially against such a good, honorable, fun and friendly team - Free-DC!), nowadays good stats ...

Crunching goes on ... more and more, nice and steady ---

Would you all please add a computer, a core, some new team members or crack-racks to the project? :)
