Target Return Policy for Xbox One - Anyone Know?

I bought an Xbox One last Monday and at first was very excited, but my excite has wained a lot and I'm not sure it's worth the $500 compared to my Xbox 360. So I was thinking of returning it.

I was told when I bought it I had 30 days to buy the extended warranty from Target, so I assume the return policy is the same 30 days.

Just curious if anyone has returned a console to Target recently? Am I going to get hit with a restocking fee? I couldn't find anything on their site.

Thanks.

Most places offer 15 day return policy. Possible restocking fee on electronics too. Not sure I never buy many things at Target.

Look at the receipt. I think it says right there how long you have wit ha specific date. I think I saw it when I got mine but I'm not home rightn now so I can't check.

We are visiting family and I left the receipt at home. I was hoping someone had bought from Target and could check their receipt.

Call and ask them how lazy are you?

Pretty lazy it would seem :)

I figured they'd be busy enough on Christmas Eve.

I added a 360 to my cart and it has a 30 day return policy with no mention of a restocking fee so I'd imagine the Xbox One would be the same.

• The following items must be returned within 30 days: video game hardware.
For items purchased between 11/1 – 12/25, the 30-day refund period will start on 12/26.

Totally missed that. I was doing a search for "console". And cool, no return policy. Thanks!

you and many others. Right now there is NO game worth buying an NEW console for. Ryse and DR3 are getting some ugly press. Knack is like 2 hours long (exaggeration) and Killzone... is well, a FPS.. cant stick out when 90% of all games made right now are that.

should have no problem returning it in 14 days, lots of suckers still paying premiumn on Craigslist here, and the funny part is the local Walmart and Bestbuy has ONE's in stock everyday, and 4's in for most of Sunday last 3 sundays.

I'm not running my TV thru it, I don't really use Skype a lot, and Comcast isn't a listed RedZone provider so those features don't do anything for me.

And then the games don't really offer anything that I can't get on my 360. It's a cool console and all I guess, but just, meh. It's not worth $500 plus new games plus new accessories. I know I'll take a hit on the games.

If I were home I'd throw it on Craigslist and see if a nice person wants to pay what I paid to give it to their kid for Christmas if they couldn't find it. But I'm not so oh well. Guess it's just going back.

I got caught up having to have it because it's the new thing. But I'm over it and that $500 would be better spent elsewhere.

Yep, there has been availability throughout the holiday season.

He said Xbox One, not PS4. They are all over the place in stores, now. There is no longer a significant supply issue with the Xbox One.
http://www.zoolert.com/videoconsoles/xbox-one-console/trackers/index.php

They are still sold out everywhere here. (Walmart, future shop, best buy, amazon.ca, NCIX, Newegg, etc) I'm in Canada though.

My local best buy told me yesterday they haven't even been able to put any on the Floor yet. (Still filling pre-orders or reserves)

Its not that way everywhere thats for sure.

I checked eBay but the overpriced ones I saw weren't selling and the ones up for bid weren't breaking the $500 mark. I think demand is still high but supply is meeting demand. PS4's are harder to come by but my local gamestop had some stacked up yesterday. I imagine it depends on the store and region.

I'm not looking to flip for a profit anyhow. Like I said, if I could make some kids Christmas I would but we are out of town for the holidays so oh well. And Craigslist is just too shady.

I really wish people would stop posting this stuff because it's an opinion and there are many people playing lots of games on both systems. Did you not read the threads? The games you say get bad press and getting great reviews by actual gamers. Funny how that works.

Stop posting your opinion as a fact.

also his "facts" are wrong. add about 10 hours to your knack time and that is more realistic. also killzone is the only fps on either the ps4 or xbox1, so not sure how he got the number of 90% of the games out being fps. i don't know 1 person who doesn't think ryse is one of the most badass/beautiful games they've ever seen either.

There arent many games out for either system but what is out is fun. I've been having a lot of fun with bf4 and nba 2k14. AC is also great, takes a lot of my time. I have not touched cod at all. I may just play single player to finish it later.

I still need to play knack. I would love to try ryse but I don't have an xb1.

Truth is if you were gonna get a system later, mind as well have it now if you are at least interested in one or two games.
