Tarantino possibly to direct next Friday the 13th film

dont think itll materialize. besides, you know how many rumors and movies quentin has been attached to? i take this news with a grain of salt. im still betting smart money that he does 'inglorious bastards' next.

I have no idea. It has the potential to be entertaining, but it's also got potential to suck long and hard.

Its just that they made so many more it degraded the value of the first few,the first few are classics.

Does he need the $$$$ that bad?

He would not take a job for money alone, trust me if Tarantino take it , the movie will blow away the original.

tarantino is a drunken jacka$$

its been downhill ever since 'four rooms'

I'll second that.

You guys are nuts. Both KB films were brilliant IMO (and most critics agree on that). I don't know or care if he's a drunk, a QT-directed Friday the 13th movie works for me!

I wish he would go away and stop ruining movies.

Says the man who thinks Hudson Hawk > The Godfather. I wish you'd go away and stop saying pointlessly nasty things about every topic under the sun.

tarantino denies 'jason' rumors
"What's happening with Friday The 13th? Nothing at all! It's a complete lie. I like Jason and everything, but I've no intention of directing a movie! New Line talked to me about it, but it was a complete fabrication, that article. I would love to do a horror film. I'm just saying it's not going to be Friday The 13th..." said the "Pulp Fiction" and "Kill Bill" director.

So is 'Inglorious' next then? "My next film is probably going to be Inglorious Bastards, yeah. I've written scenes. I've written a lot of it but now I have to sit down and start putting it together in a script that I can start shooting. And that's a different thing."
