Tar Spots on the car

I have quite a few tar spots on silver metallic paint. Very small spots, how do I get them off?

There are quite a few tar and bug remover products for cars.

Gasoline works too (better than bug & tar remover), but I can't speak about what it might do to your paint. I've used it and didn't notice any difference.

Yeah gas works.. although it would probably be cheaper to get it done professionally instead of paying these high gas prices LOL

wd-40 and clay. the wd-40 will probably also somewhat dissolve the clay, but you will be able to wipe it all off.

Yeah, WD-40 seems a little safer than gasoline on a rag.
