roofing tar? you wont be peeling that off, you will be washing it off. unless you let ot cure for a few years.

Use a thinner based on distillates of petroleum to remove it.

I'm trying to empty out 5 harddrives to DVDs and read like 4 chapters of Poli Sci for a midterm tomorrow so I'm going to try to stay of AT or I'm going to screw something up.

I'll come back when I take breaks, but my level of neffing will be far below average tonight 😉

I think the idea was that it burnt like hell then stuck to the skin thus making the wound even more painful. They often added feathers to ridicule the victim and further make removal harder as the feather fibres would attach to the tar making it even worse.

Not a nice thing to do to someone at all.
