After a quick search Barry Farm Foods looks good.

I get a fresh strawberry pie for obtaining some.

Go to an Asian grocery store. They use Tapioca flour all the time.

I live in the boonies. It is an hours drive to the closest Asian grocer.

Corn starch is a good sub for Tapioca flour.
