Tape Back Up drive (Eagle TRi4)

Last December I upgraded from Windows 98 SE to Windows 2000 Pro I found out that W2K does not support Eagle Tr4i drive so I can't find cheap tape back up drive that work with W2K. I check with Eagle website and there is no driver support for W2K at all.

It seems that I have to replace the drive?
