Tapatalk vs tapatalk 2

Just got tapatalk because it had better reviews vs the new one.

Anyone here prefer one over the other?

I'm pretty sure 'Tapatalk 2' is incorporated into Tapatalk, i.e. there's only one Tapatalk app.

Unless you're talking about Tapatalk HD which is meant for tablets?

I hate when devs do that. Thankfully with higher res displays all apps need to be HD, though the truly greedy ones will still use HD to mean "tablet optimized" when it should be baked into one app.

There's a Tapatalk 1 and 2 for iPhone.... You're referring to Android.

There is certainly a tapatalk 2 for iphone. It's meh at best. Certainly not worth paying for if you already have tapatalk.

You're right, I didn't know they were different. I remember when they were demoing tapatalk 2 on android but then they just rolled it into the current version on the market when it was finished. I would have figured they did that consistently.

Just got the newest version of Tapatalk. Kind of like it that we can have accounts now. It's lot easier to access our forum accounts from multiple devices now.

The 'cloud' feature never worked very well before. But this is nice.
