Tapatalk support dead

Since Tuesday I have lost the ability to access the forums using Tapatalk for iOS. Perhaps this is a Tapatalk problem, but other forums seem to work fine. I am writing to let you know this as much as anything - hopefully whatever issue is causing this can be worked through without great difficulty.

Tapatalk is something of a mess. So far every Tapatalk problem reported to us has been a bug in the client.:|

Following all the big shots leads; push it out even if buggy, let the users test for them :thumbsdown:

Sorry to have alerted you since this is a TT problem. I was just confused by the fact that other forums were working. In general Tapatalk is a really powerful, useful tool, but it can be buggy, and the recent facelift is a mess IMO.

Oh no need to apologize. With some of these bugs it definitely looks like a site issue at first.
 
I've started using atforums.mobi. It seems to work well for me.I posted this from it.
 
I uninstalled it. Just got tired of it never working. Iphone 5, it didn't work in either iOS6 OR iOS7. The I email them, and I get an automated response saying due to the amount of emails they might not even respond to my message. Literally. Pathetic.
 
So I've had a similar issue. The ipad app had last been updated on the 17th, but was still working until about 5 or so days ago. It won't even let me log in at this point.

The iphone app had issues as well as of late. I uninstalled it and it worked ok for a few days. Now also dead. I'd be curious to know what updates to the forum have been made this month.

None. We haven't done a thing to Tapatalk support.
 
Oh no. I didn't mean anything specific to support the app. I meant the site/vbulletin in general above any weekly clean up maintenance.
