Tapatalk plugin not showing participated threads

Talked to someone and gave them instructions on how to uninstall and reinstall the plugin. Hopefully that will help resolve this.

No such luck.🙁

We're still looking into it, but none of the simple solutions have worked so far.

I'm just thinking out loud here, but is there another board out there with the number of messages on it considering how long this one has been active (Fuse talk+VB)?

Is the participated thread function dying due to the size of the message index, maybe?
 
I guess not many post from mobile. And if they do, how do they keep track if that section doesn't work? I have to subscribe to every thread.

Subscribing to every thread is turned on by default on our vB installation, I believe. For that reason not being able to query participated threads is not a huge loss.

It doesn't subscribe me in tapa to a thread unless I manually tap the star in tapa on the thread. Other than that I do not even know if anyone replied unless I'm quoted. Could be something I'm missing in my set up?

User CP -> Edit Options -> Default Thread Subscription Mode.
 
Lol yea I auto subscribe in my settings to threads I post in so I haven't been using the participated section much. But I did see that it was working.
 
They don't care man. Participated threads works just fine in any other forum I use in tapatalk, including other vbulletin forums.

You can just go to profile settings on the pc and tick the box that says subscribe to topics I post in and then all topics and threads you post in will be tracked. Search is not working though.
 
Tapatalk hasn't been working for several hours (~7:30PM ET) for me. I still get notifications but it says "Loading..." forever. When I select the forum I instantly get a message that it can't connect to the forum and then it continues trying to load forever. I killed and restarted Tapatalk, rebooted my phone, and tested other forums (the work).
 
I usually clear all the cache and data on tapa and defaults too. Search has not been working. For threads participated in I enabled subscribe to threads I reply in and that will usually keep track of them.
