Tapatalk displaying something it shouldn't

On IE on my PC, I log in to the forums and under the "Moderation Resources", I see a link to "Moderator Discussions".

On Tapatalk, I log in to the forums and under the "Moderation Resources", I get a link to both "Moderatior Discussions" as well as "Infractions & Warnings". Clicking that appears to show every infraction to all members and it's details.

I assume this isn't supposed to be open to everyone?
