Yout title is a bit misleading. They're reporting traces of radiation detected, which could be naturally occurring. They've got it held offshore. They'd rather err on the side of caution.

It's a Liberian tanker that had radiation detected from it.

They are moving it to a safer part of the harbor for more tests.

I would have rather had them find something than find where something was..

Sort of like what's worse than eating a bug...finding half a bug in your food

Could have been remnants from something that was smuggled over here but then again it could be something else as well.
