Tampa/St. Pete area residents: Who is your ISP?

Hey all,

My parents are still using AOL. They have finally reached the point of being savvy enough to know that AOL is a POS. They want another ISP, but they have no idea where to go. I'm thinking another national ISP is a bad idea, and any ISP with software (Compuserve, MSN, Juno, etc..) is OF COURSE a no-no. So, what regular ISP is in the area with GOOD connections, reliable, no busy signals, decent price, etc.... ? --And support would be nice, too.

verizon/GTE is the std quality provider with support.

Internet Junction rocks. They have awesome service and extremly competent Tech Support. The rates are awesome too.
