Just to let you know I do tier 2 dsl support and today I had a call from a blind person. After about an 1.5 hours of troubleshooting I had him up and running 
Granted this guy knew more about computers than about 90% of my callers. What impressed me the most was the ability of the computer to read everything with accuracy such as things in the device manager. It had win98 se and most of the bells and whistle you would find in normal AT members computers. He went on to say that it cost him about 6 grand about 8 months ago. My question is does anybody know if you can buy a program like this and install on a normal machine or does it just come with a specially configured computers. Any links or names of programs would be appreciated.
