Talk to me about leather messanger bags

I've been using a SwissGear backpack to transport my laptop/documents to and from work, but am looking for something a little bit classier. I really like the look of leather messanger/laptop bags.

Took me a long time to finally decide on a messenger bag last year. I went with Kennth Cole & paid about $150 for it. Was the least expensive one I could find that was of good quality.

I have 3 Mulholland Brothers bags - all matching in Lariat brown leather.

The first is a weekend bag that I've had for about 13 years. It ages wonderfully
