report him. damn ebay is like a massive piracy den. from even way back i'd notice that obvious pirated stuff owuldn't get pulled ever unless i actually reported it.
 
that's because there's too many auctions for them to find stuff by themselves..they have to rely on the public to report stuff.

If those auctions do go to finish you can bet the seller is a law enforcement officer and the buyer will be in a lot of trouble.
