Our HR manager just sent an e-mail to everybody in the company asking for people who moved to send their new addresses.

Well, I did move and I accidentally clicked Reply to All.... Now the entired company knows where I live.... Oh-oh.

One thing I've learned from ATOT about these situations is to just say your brother was using your computer. :p

"Reply to all" button - just say NO. I never use it.

Well, if your HR manager didn't use the "BCC" option for distributing the message to such a large population of people, I say the joke is on the HR manager. Unfortunately, you replied to all. However, you could now do a little bit of damage control. Send a follow-up note to all the employees inviting them to a party at your place.

Looks like it's a good time to whip out the magical "recall" function :)

At the last contract I worked on, the head of the agency accidentally sent out an email to all in which he was stating how stupid all his employees were and so he needed his number two to simplify the email he was planning on sending to everyone and had attached......OOPS!!!!

It was only minutes later that I got the magical recall message box on screen. I declined it!
