That's a pretty sketchy report.
Though I can imagine him being "arrested" and held in a state capital or a children's school in order to protect him from being bombed.
Of course, that host country would be just showing they support and protect him.
db - i doubt that... he could probably protect himself own his own just fine. i think they're holding him until more things relating to his involvement turn up.
