2) a woman 'nicely' asks the mother of the child to calm her child down
3) the mother gets confrontational and accuses the woman of telling her child what to do
4) woman then tells the mother to go to hell
5) mother follows woman to parking lot to punch woman twice in the mouth

The mother is clearly crazy. If this woman was badgering her, I could understand lashing out - but, certainly not justified. There was NO threat to her and her child, yet, she decided it would be best to harm another human being over an exchanging of words.

This is not a person you should mess with. So, the woman should have frankly minded her own business - what came out of it was wrong (the assault) and charges etc. should be pressed,.. but, come on people,.. mind your own business.

There are far too many crazy and unpredictable people out there.
