Tale of 2 memory Modules

I have two 256 sticks of unregistered Crucial PC2100 that I am trying to run in my KG7-Raid. Both sticks run fine individually, but when both are installed, Win2K blue screens when loading. I've tried reseating the sticks and raising the DDR voltage all to no avail. So I'm just looking for some other ideas

Update: I lowered the voltage to 2.55 from 2.65 and set it to Cas2 and all is well in 2x256 MB land.

System O/Ced ? If yes, u might need to up the vcore as well.

No not overclocking yet. I want to get it stable with 512 MB first.

A few fellow ATer's had this problem before. What exactly caused all this is not clearly known. It's probably a motherboard defect. Or try pushing the RAM harder into the DIMM slot.

I'm going to take the board out tomorrow and set it on a table so I can really push the DIMM in. The mounting plate the mobo is attached to, flexes quite a bit.
