You can kill your liver with one bottle of Tylenol, I've seen quite a few suicidal gestures by folks that were just attempting to get attention and it literally killed their livers and they die a pretty miserable death a few weeks later.
Your abdomen swells up, and fills with fluid, you have extensive muscle wasting, and get confused because of the elevated ammonia levels in your blood. They become confused, pregnant looking fools until they die.

I don't see the irony. I see you trying to place irony where it doesn't belong.
