LOL!
I survived!!! Almost messed up the transfer in Newark. WhoTF(!) has lettered AND numbered tracks and doesn't put signs on the platforms telling you how to get between tracks??
I was just going in to waste the last evening before I left. A chick from the company I was training with in New Jersey met up with me at Penn and showed me around.
We stopped by PG King's pub and had a drink then walked and walked and walked....
🙂
Went to Times Square, Herald Square, Rockefeller center, Radio City Music Hall, NBC studios, Ed Sullivan Theater, and all the way up to the Hard Rock Cafe. Had drinks and dinner there while watching the Syracuse/Auburn game. Then we went down to another pub (something) Deweys. Had a couple drinks and it was time for me to catch the last train out.
Finally got back to Bridgewater and got my ass kicked by the freeway *AGAIN*
🙂() and ended up taking a 15 minute ride on 287 N to find a u-turn so I could be on the right side of the fscking road. :|
The next morning I did manage to make it to Newark Airport without incident.
🙂
I'm now back in beautiful Utah where I can drive and not even need to think about where I'm going.
