Taking the cisco INTRO class

I'm going to be taking the 1st cisco class (INTRO):

INTRO

I'm thinking its going to be pretty easy. It starts on the 14th, going to DC, company agreed to pay for it. I dont know if I'll go for the CCNA, time will tell. Anyone taken this class recently?

Just curious...but why even bother? That class is simply a money sink and you can learn the same information from reading one of their Into books.

Pretty much. It's easy, but don't let that fool you. If you may take the CCNA in the future, memorize everything you can. A lot of it won't be on the test, but you'll be a whole lot better off.

And subnetting... don't neglect subnetting

Since the company agreed to pay for it, I'm not complaining. 😀

Well if your using it for a free vacation to DC then its a good opportunity, but other than that I would say its pretty much worthless.
