I've been scheduled to go in and take the CFAT (Canadian Forces Aptitude Test) on Wednesday at 9:00AM.
I've never had to take this sort of test (aptitude/IQ) in a professional environment, where it will be timed. To be honest, I'm nervous as hell. I took the online practice test to get an idea of what the test would be like and I ended up with a perfect score (perhaps I was lucky on a question or two).
But, I suppose, my question is simple:
What can I do to make things easier the day of the test? I'm not much of a breakfast person, but on that day I'm sure I'll need to eat something. Is there anything in particular that will energize me to make me more alert? I drink a lot of coffee, and I'm well past the point of crashing after the morning coffee, but is there a reason I shouldn't drink any that morning (other effects)?
