Taking QuickBook Data On the Road

How would mobile notebook users take a copy of an office's QuickBooks database with them on their notebooks? I was thinking Windows XP Pro's client side caching could be used to automatically get the newest version of the QuickBook database when the mobile users are connected to the server. Any suggestions? Thanks.

simply copy the database file to their hard drive... or they may have to run a backup on the quickbooks so it writes a .qbb backup file and then restore it on the notebook

or if you want it automatically like u said, if the client caching thing doesnt work you could write a batch file that runs at startup or login script that downloads the file
