Maybe you're strechted out too much? Or not enough? Could be the bike...

I did some major changes to the bike. Measuring angles and comparing to a bike that felt a bit better. It made a huge difference but it is not gone.
Maybe my muscles are to weak.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this doesn't sound like a good idea.
1st, if it's a blood thinning painkiller, that could have some adverse effects if you exert yourself too much
2nd, if it's a narcotic type pain killer, you might hit a friggen tree
3rd, if it's whiskey...well, you might get a DUI...or BUI, or whatever

Keep riding without the pain killers; if it doesn't go away in a few weeks of riding the same trail (making adjustments each time, if necessary), try a different trail. :)

I had the same problem once, it turned out my muscles were just weak.
